Time to get together for our FCA-CA Annual Conference. Mark your calendars, get your board and friends to register (only $30 each covers breakfast, lunch, cost of venue, speakers, and materials) and be thinking about where we came from and where we want to go. Thanks to the FCA of Stanislaus & Merced Counties, our hosts this year, we have a powerful day planned.

Top of the list: Our speakers this year come from national and local FCAs. Excited we are to have the National FCA board president, Ruth Bennett, fly in from Arizona where she manages the FCA-AZ. She spoke at the national convention last June and blew away our FCA-CA board members who attended. Story-telling for Fun and Profit was her talk, she may just share with us.

Our other speaker is one of the state board members. Katherine Ortiz, president of the FCA of Humboldt, will share ideas on social media and websites to promote our affiliates. Katherine has developed our new website, has her own business with related support, and is moving her local affiliate to higher places.
